4. If a fake profile is created..?

Fake profiles are mostly created on Facebook and Twitter. But if this is done, a case will be filed under section 499. A case will also be filed under Section 66D of the IT Act. Most people think that no one knows what they are doing. But that is wrong. Because whatever anyone does on the internet is recorded. Police and cyber experts can easily track any wrongdoing by the victims if the victims report it.

They track the IP address of whatever phone or computer you use when you open the internet on it.

If the posts we make on social media are not offensive to others then you will have no problem.

Please be careful while posting comments.

Assuming that they are taking it lightly, if the suspects complain, the existing jobs will be lost and the bail will not come.

Even if you delete the post, a previous conversation with him/her is enough to book the case.👆😷
