*Supreme Court in Chennai now*
Congratulations to Prime Minister Modi. The Central Government has decided to expand the branches of the *Supreme Court to three locations, Chennai, Mumbai and Calcutta,* for the first time since India's independence, with the Supreme Court operating only in the capital Delhi. Those who are dissatisfied with the High Court judgments in all the states of India will last seek the Supreme Court. Only those who could afford it went to Delhi and appealed. Many poor people were affected by not being able to go to Delhi and prosecute without knowing the procedure. The Madurai branch of the High Court has become a boon for those who are unable to come to Chennai and file a case as the Madurai branch of the High Court has already come to Tamil Nadu. Similarly, the Central Government has decided to expand the branches of the Supreme Court to three locations: Chennai, Mumbai and Calcutta. That too will be a boon for the people living in the southern states as the Supreme Court is coming to Chennai. The coming of the Supreme Court branch in Chennai is considered to be beneficial not only to the people of Tamil Nadu but also to the people living in other southern states like Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka and Kerala.
